Book Haul

September/October 2019 Book Haul

Good morning my loves!

Today I am rounding up the books that I bought in the months of September and October. I think I’ve remarkably well with book-buying these last two months – I actually read more than I bought! It’s not often that that happens! I’ve already read 3 of these books; The Binding which I read in proof format but attended an event with the author and wanted to purchase a finished copy, Will My Cat Eat My Eyeballs which is the third book that I’ve read by Caitlin Doughty and I loved this one as much as the other two and How To Hold a Grudge which is by one of my favourite people and the book is both hysterical and enlightening.

The Binding by Bridget Collins // Will My Cat Eat My Eyeballs? by Caitlin Doughty // The Body by Bill Bryson // How To Hold a Grudge by Sophie Hannah

The Understudy by Sophie Hannah, Clare Mackintosh, BA Paris and Holly Brown // The Dragon Republic by R F Kuang // Tunnel of Bones by Victoria Schwab // La Belle Sauvage by Phillip Pullman

Tilly and the Lost Fairytales by Anna James // Bright Young Dead by Jessica Fellowes // The Confession by Jessie Burton // The Age of Anxiety by Peter Townshend

I’ve linked to all of the books on Goodreads if you want to have a better look at them and I’d love to know if you’ve read any of them or if they’re on your TBR list too!

Peace and pages
Amy

      • Oh yeah, you’re going to love it! I’m already almost halfway through and have only been reading it since last night. I’m addicted and also sad that I’m almost caught up with the published books in this series. 😦
