Books2Door – My Experience

Good morning my loves!

Today’s post is a rather exciting one for me to share, as it is in collaboration with Books2Door. Books2Door have been selling book at affordable prices since 2004, and while their primary aim is to encourage children to read, the site offers a wide range of young adult and adult books alongside a huge variety of children’s books.

When the company got in touch with me about reviewing their service, I responded immediately. In exchange they provided me a lengthy list of box sets to choose from and allowed me to pick one, free or charge, in exchange for an honest review.

The website

The Books2Door website is bright, bold and incredibly simple to navigate. There are graphics on their homepage highlighting their most popular books, but it’s easy to browse or find the specific books you might be searching for.

The books are grouped by age and by price but there are also collections such a Netflix Titles and World Book Day. Just some of the authors available are David Walliams, Enid Blyton, Neal Shusterman, Philippa Gregory, Ann Cleeves, Terry Pratchett and so many more.

My experience

From start to finish, my communication with the company was great. With quick responses to my queries via email, it couldn’t have been better, and from the time I selected my box set the delivery was very quick. Surprisingly so! While this is my first order from Books2Door, I certainly wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again, in fact, there are a couple of sets I already have my eye on!

What I ordered

I’d be fibbing if I told you I didn’t spend age on their website trying to decide what to order. There are so many incredible collections it was difficult to decide! In the end though I went with this beautiful collection of The Famous Five books by Enid Blyton. It comes in a lovely box and contains 21 books. I went with this particular set because of the nostalgia attached to the books and I’d love to spend a weekend sometime soon reading through them all again.

And there we have it, my experience of the Books2Door website. This is exactly the kind of site my parents would have used when I was a child. As an voracious reader, I should imagine that it could get quite expensive, having to keep up with the number of books I was getting through, but having something like this would have been a godsend to them.

My experience with the site was great, and the communication with the time was incredible helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend Books2Door

Please note: Books2Door gifted me the above box set  in return for an honest review. This has in no way influenced my opinion and I have not been paid for this post.

Peace and pages
